The AEROPLANE WORKS, was owned and operated by Mace Gill,
manufactures the best wood kits from the leading plan designers such as Nick
Ziroli, Jerry Bates, Don Smith, and Rich Uravitch. The AEROPLANE WORKS has been
manufacturing kits for over 40 years. Our kits have been built by some of the
worlds most discriminating modelers around the world and flown in contests such
as Top Gun, Scale Masters and AMA Nationals.
Long
time friend, John Monaghan of the Airplane Factory has purchased all of the
original templates and shop notes used to produce the finest hand cut kits
that modelers have been building for many years. We wish to carry on the
legacy that was set forth by the Gill family in providing quality customer
service and craftsmanship.
